Family Building Blocks will host its 6th annual Uncorked Wine Auction fundraising event on May 18, 2013. The event will be held in the picturesque hills of West Salem at Zenith Vineyard, and will feature some of the most acclaimed wines in the region.
The Event
Uncorked kicks off at 5:00 p.m. with a Winemakers Reception and silent auction. Guests sample fare from local chefs and wineries during the reception, while mingling with over 400 other wine lovers.
At 7:00 p.m. guests migrate to a spectacular tent overlooking the vineyard for a gourmet 3-course dinner prepared by Vibrant Table and paired with incredible wines from around the region. As dinner unfolds the excitement builds while guests bid on incredible live auction packages in support of children and families in the community.
As the auction winds down the band begins to play on the Veranda Lounge for after-dinner drinks and dancing.
Tickets
Ticket prices are $200 per person. Make it an overnighter by including transportation to and from the event with lodging at the Grand Hotel in Salem for an additional fee. Tickets will be available for purchase on this site.
What to Wear
What should I wear you ask? This is not a stuffy event with ball gowns and bow ties. Instead we invite guests to wear comfortable, summer cocktail attire.
